Every Nara Living neighbourhood offers fantastic facilities including car parking spaces, children’s play areas, secure bicycle storage, 24/7 security cameras and communal green spaces where you can relax and breathe in the fresh air.

Each resident is given a login to our app putting all communication with Nara Living in the palm of their hand.

Residents can use the app to view tenancy documents, submit maintenance requests, communicate directly with their Property Manager, and even receive notifications via the app as soon as a parcel arrives in concierge for them.

Nara Living has even formed partnerships with local retailers allowing them to advertise their exclusive residents’ discounts and promotions on the app.

Our apartments come unfurnished. However, we can introduce you to a furnishings company that provides ready-made and personalised furniture packages, all designed to create beautiful homes for every budget, that you can rent on a monthly basis.

Our apartments are pet friendly, but there are a few restrictions on the type, size and breed. As a general guide, small pets are ok, but medium and large ones might not be. You will be required to complete a pet license on commencement of your tenancy.

Yes. It’s free and secure with code access located inside the buildings and available to residents on a first come first serve basis. Before using the bike storage for the first time, please see your Property Manager to confirm your make, model and colour of bike. You will also need to supply your own a bike lock and chain to secure the bike in the stand.

Absolutely. Nara Living neighbourhoods features a number of shared spaces inside and outside, which are available to all residents. These areas offer a great space to relax in, meet other residents, or work from for a change of scene.

Most definitely. We’re creating a vibrant community and will be running regular events. All events will be published on the Nara Living residents app for you to book online through the app. There’s something for everyone.

Yes. All our residents get access to exclusive residents only discounts with local businesses. From local restaurants to personal trainers, these offers are advertised on the Nara Living residents app.

The agreement you will sign is an Assured Shorthold Tenancy for a fixed term, with the option to sign future contracts. We hope you will stay as long as you like.

We ask for a deposit, equivalent to 5 weeks rent, before you move in, and this is registered with an approved tenancy deposit scheme. It’s refunded to you when you move out in line with the terms of your contract and the condition of the property.

No. You can’t smoke in the apartment or anywhere inside the building. Please use the designate areas outside of the building.

Yes, you do need to pay for utilities. Utilities are not included in the rent. Heating and hot water is supplied through a central system and billed on a consumption basis. These bills must be paid by direct debit. Water and electricity are billed on the same basis. Residents are responsible for paying their council tax directly to the local council. Residents are also responsible for paying any TV Licence directly to TV Licensing.

Yes. All residents have access to the Nara Living app where you can read handy apartment user guides, log any maintenance requests, chat with your Property Manager and receive regular building updates and community events.

You will be provided with a username and log in to the app by your Property Manager.

We require photo identification:

• In the form of a passport or national identity card

If you don’t have a passport, please provide us with both of the following:

• A copy of your full driving or provisional photo card UK driving license
• A copy of your birth certificate

We also require Proof of your Address dated in the last 3 months.

• Once the full document is received, your application details will be sent to our trusted approved referencing agency. We will endeavour to do this as soon as possible so not to hold you up moving into your new home!
• The referencing company will email you directly and request that you complete their online application form.
• Please complete the form as soon as it is received so that your checks can start
• Where necessary, the reference check will include an employment and previous landlord reference.
• Upon completion of the credit check, the referencing company will contact the Nara Living team and confirm if you have passed or failed.
• If you have passed, we will telephone you to advise this and to agree a move in date and discuss the next steps.
• If you have failed, we will advise you of this and where possible we will suggest alternative ways to support and continue your application.

• Upon passing your reference check, a member of the Nara Living Team will telephone you to advise you of this and agree your move in date. The arrangements will then by confirmed by email.
• The apartment will be checked on site for maintenance and cleaning before you move in so that your new home is perfect.
• We will email you your Contract for signature and a calculation of move in monies.
• Cleared payment is required in our bank account before the move in as well as your signed contract in order to avoid delays to your move in.

• The Nara Living Team will upload a countersigned Contract, your apartment’s Inventory and your Welcome Guide (which includes information on the amazing site, the amenities and facilities available to you), to the Nara Living app.
• Following your move in, any queries or questions you may have will be happily answered by your onsite Property Manager.
• If, upon moving in, you would like another guided tour and induction to the on-site facilities, please email [email protected], or pop and see your onsite Property Manager in person.
